Dear Sheldon,
I'm an English as a Second Language Tutor and my class, and I have been learning more about your story from the article on CBC:
Here are a just a few of the many Christmas wishes and prayers that are coming your way this holiday season. My students have decided to write some cards, and I've also collected just a few from my hometown as well.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family throughout this holiday season and into the New Year.
When I pass my exams for IT certification, I will be very happy. This year I have been studying English for six months now. I want to quit my job and study art. I'd like to see more paintings and pictures. I also enjoy reading books about artists. My favorite artists are Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo and Dan Flavin. I’m going to visit my new niece this holiday season. I will have to travel five hours to see her. I will have a good time with my sister's family and my mother. We will buy a Christmas cake and light candles on it to celebrate the season. Maybe, I will buy a gift for both of my nieces. I hope you enjoy Christmas with your family. Sincerely, June

Hello Sheldon,
In February, I passed the test to transfer my university credits to a new school. I was so happy because the school was my best choice. I made a lot of friends and met good people at my new school. I also tried a lot of new foods on adventures with my sister. I'm going to Thailand on vacation for two weeks during my holiday break.

I am a clothing designer with a boutique in Seoul. I love my job and it keeps me very busy. I have help from my brother and wonderful family.
I was happy this year because I was able to spend time with my family and people liked my new designs.
I was happy this year when I went swimming and became healthier. I also love learning new things because it gives such a feeling of happiness.
For the holidays, I will have delicious food with my family and take plenty of time to relax.
